Al mismo se presentaban tambi\u00e9n representantes internacionales, como la asociaci\u00f3n de regiones y ciudades de Noruega (KS), la regi\u00f3n Cerde\u00f1a de Sardinia en Italia y la ciudad de Palo Alto en Estados Unidos. Cada representante dispon\u00eda de 5 minutos para desarrollar y presentar cada reto. La delegaci\u00f3n de Alcobendas present\u00f3 un proyecto basado en propuestas para mejorar el atractivo de Alcobendas como centro empresarial y de innovaci\u00f3n. Un equipo de expertos se encarg\u00f3 de debatir sobre cada uno de los retos presentados, para posteriormente presentar ante un jurado las conclusiones. Este valor\u00f3 cada uno de ellos y decidi\u00f3 que el m\u00e1s relevante y s\u00f3lido era el proyecto de Alcobendas. Cabe destacar que <strong>el jurado estaba formado por miembros de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, la universidad de Stanford y el Departamento de Estado de EEUU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El principal reto de la delegaci\u00f3n de Alcobendas fue estimular y acercar el atractivo de la ciudad de Alcobendas (tercera ciudad en inversi\u00f3n empresarial en Espa\u00f1a) como destino para el desarrollo y la innovaci\u00f3n empresarial, manifest\u00e1ndose como una oportunidad \u00fanica para conectar el ecosistema emprendedor local con Silicon Valley, el mayor n\u00facleo de innovaci\u00f3n mundial, y consecuentemente facilitar el acceso a la inversi\u00f3n y a las grandes corrientes tecnol\u00f3gicas de primera mano. De este modo, Alcobendas consigui\u00f3 posicionarse en Silicon Valley como una ciudad muy atractiva para las inversiones empresariales, tanto a nivel europeo como americano.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, hay que resaltar que los representantes de la ciudad se reunieron con compa\u00f1\u00edas americanas de primer nivel interesadas en instalarse o ampliar su rango de acci\u00f3n en Madrid y con miembros de <strong>Aurora Solar, Google, Facebook, Propelland y Linkedin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La delegaci\u00f3n de Alcobendas estuvo representada por <strong>Roberto Fraile<\/strong>, concejal de Innovaci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n digital y desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas, qui\u00e9n manifest\u00f3 que<strong> \u201cla <\/strong>propuesta<strong> de Alcobendas pone en valor el <\/strong>potencial empresarial<strong> de la <\/strong>ciudad<strong> y <\/strong>traza una estrategia<strong> de <\/strong>futuro<strong> para <\/strong>mejorar<strong> la atracci\u00f3n de <\/strong>inversiones<strong>\u201d<\/strong>. Asimismo, estuvieron presentes <strong>Elisabetta Bracco<\/strong>, directora de Alcobendas HUB, oficina para la atracci\u00f3n de inversiones a la ciudad y <strong>Luis Su\u00e1rez de Lezo<\/strong>, secretario general de la asociaci\u00f3n de empresarios de Alcobendas, AICA.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><em>Alcobendas has been considered an<strong> international success story at the Hackathon held in Silicon Valley<\/strong>, San Francisco (USA), where it was invited to participate in a business challenge, the Policy Hack 2019 Challenges. International representatives were also present, such as the association of regions and cities of Norway (KS), the Sardinia region of Sardinia in Italy and the city of Palo Alto in the United States. Each representative had 5 minutes to develop and present each challenge. The Alcobendas delegation presented a project based on proposals to improve the attractiveness of Alcobendas as a business and innovation center. A team of experts was in charge of debating each of the challenges presented, and then presenting the conclusions to a jury. The jury assessed each of them and decided that the most relevant and solid one was the Alcobendas project. It should be noted that <strong>the jury was made up of members from the European Union, Stanford University and the US Department of State<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The main challenge of the Alcobendas delegation was to stimulate and bring closer the attractiveness of the city of Alcobendas (third city in business investment in Spain) as a destination for business development and innovation, manifesting itself as a unique opportunity to connect the local entrepreneurial ecosystem with Silicon Valley, the largest innovation hub in the world, and consequently facilitate access to investment and major technological currents at first hand. In this way, Alcobendas managed to position itself in Silicon Valley as a very attractive city for business investment, both at the European and American levels. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On the other hand, it is necessary to emphasize that the representatives of the city met with American companies of first level interested in installing or extending their range of action in Madrid.and with members of <strong>Aurora Solar, Google, Facebook, <\/strong><\/em>Propelland<em><strong> and Linkedin<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The delegation from Alcobendas was represented by <strong>Roberto Fraile<\/strong>, Councillor for Innovation, Digital Transformation and Economic Development of Alcobendas City Council, who said that <strong>&#8220;the Alcobendas proposal values the business potential of the city and outlines a strategy for the future to improve the attraction of investment&#8221;<\/strong>.
