Una de las m\u00e1ximas de Alcobendas HUB es la retenci\u00f3n de las empresas en la ciudad y el fomento de la reinversi\u00f3n de las mismas, y cuya consecuencia principal es el enriquecimiento de la ciudad. En este sentido, la empresa KEYTRON<\/span><\/a>, una consultora tecnol\u00f3gica asentada en Alcobendas desde hace 20 a\u00f1os, va a promover la reinversi\u00f3n en la ciudad fundando un cluster de empresas del sector IT, algo absolutamente novedoso. El pasado viernes una representaci\u00f3n de Alcobendas visit\u00f3 las obras de las futuras instalaciones, que consisten en la remodelaci\u00f3n de una vieja nave industrial que se halla en un pol\u00edgono industrial y que perteneci\u00f3 a la empresa Bombardier, transform\u00e1ndola en un espacio de coworking muy innovador y moderno<\/span><\/a>. Esto es un notable caso de \u00e9xito empresarial, no s\u00f3lo por la reinversi\u00f3n que supone en s\u00ed misma, sino porque adem\u00e1s va a tener una influencia decisiva en la transformaci\u00f3n que sin duda sufrir\u00e1 el pol\u00edgono.<\/p>\n

La delegaci\u00f3n de Alcobendas estuvo representada por Miguel Angel Arranz, vicealcalde de Alcobendas, Roberto Fraile, concejal de Innovaci\u00f3n, Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico, David Antelo, director de Alcobendas HUB, Elisabetta Bracco, subdirectora de Alcobendas HUB, Luis Su\u00e1rez de Lezo y Felipe D\u00edaz, secretario general de AICA y responsable de proyectos de AICA (Asociaci\u00f3n de empresarios de Alcobendas) respectivamente, Eva Prieto, directora general de Keytron, y Rafael Arredondo, accionista mayoritario de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n

One of the principles of Alcobendas HUB is the retention of companies in the city and the promotion of their reinvestment, the main consequence of which is the enrichment of the city. Last Friday a representative of Alcobendas visited the works of the future facilities, which consist of the remodeling of an old industrial building that is located in an industrial estate and that belonged to the company Bombardier, transforming it into a very innovative and modern coworking space<\/a><\/span>.
