Entre el 23 y el 27 de septiembre se celebra este evento en la localidad de Silicon Valley, San Francisco, organizada por la prestigiosa Mind the Bridge y con el apoyo del Instituto Europeo de Innovación y Tecnología. Hay que destacar que se trata de uno de los mayores eventos a nivel internacional que reúne a los fundadores, profesionales y responsables políticos más relevantes del ecosistema emprendedor de la UE y de Silicon Valley, en reuniones y talleres que tienen como objetivo forjar relaciones significativas a largo plazo.
Estimular y acercar el atractivo de la ciudad de Alcobendas como destino para el desarrollo y la innovación empresarial, será el principal reto de la participación de la ciudad. Alcobendas se une de esta manera a la delegación de la Unión Europea, compuesta por una selección de empresas, inversores y responsables políticos.
Además, Alcobendas junto con otros gobiernos europeos y estadounidenses, ha sido invitada el día 24 a presentar un “desafío” específico en el Policy Hackaton con el respaldo de la Internacional City/County Management Association.
Empresarios, inversores, ejecutivos y políticos trabajarán conjuntamente para hacer aportaciones y recomendaciones sobre cómo mejorar el atractivo de Alcobendas como centro corporativo y de innovación.
La delegación de Alcobendas estará representada por Roberto Fraile, concejal de Innovación, Transformación Digital y Desarrollo Económico del Ayuntamiento de Alcobendas; Elisabetta Bracco, directora de Alcobendas HUB, oficina para la atracción de inversiones a la ciudad y Luis Suárez de Lezo, secretario general de la Asociación de Empresarios de Alcobendas, AICA.
Between 23 and 27 September, this event will be held in the town of Silicon Valley, San Francisco, organized by the prestigious Mind the Bridge and with the support of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology. It should be noted that this is one of the largest international events that brings together the most relevant founders, professionals and policy makers of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of the EU and Silicon Valley, in meetings and workshops that aim to forge meaningful relationships in the long term.
Stimulating and bringing closer the attractiveness of the city of Alcobendas as a destination for business development and innovation will be the main challenge of the city’s participation. Alcobendas thus joins the delegation of the European Union, composed of a selection of companies, investors and policy makers.
In addition, Alcobendas together with other European and American governments, has been invited on the 24th to present a specific «challenge» in the Policy Hackaton with the support of the International City/County Management Association.
Entrepreneurs, investors, executives and politicians will work together to provide input and recommendations on how to improve the attractiveness of Alcobendas as a corporate and innovation centre.
